TECHNICAL RYDER

 

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED IN THIS TECHNICAL RYDER ARE TO BE PAID BY THE SPONSOR IN ADVANCE.

 

AIR TRANSPORTATION

 

Round Trip prepaid transportation for six (6) band members and one (1) Road Manager from Los Angeles and other departure cities to final destination connecting between cities requiring air transportation for six (6) band members and one (1) road manager.

 

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

 

Limousine, van or shuttle service, from accommodations to all concert events, transportation to and from airport and any necessary necessary ground transportation during sponsors event or concert, until departure or engagement.

 

INSTRUMENTS

Keyboard setup

for GARRETT SARACHO KEYBOARDS - HISTORIAN, VOCALS

Two (2) KORG M50,  Nautilus 61 key, Korg Kross 2-61 keyor any other KORG models LE/Workstation or Korg Karma synthesizers, or any other equivalent synthesizers or any other equivalent models

I need two (2) tier stand

KEYBOARD  AMPLIFIER(S)

One (1) Keyboard amplifiers. One (1) Roland VK-7 amplifiers or any other equivalent amplifiers.

NOTE:

I'll need one of the KORG WORKSTATIONS  brought to my room at the hotel, on OCTOBER 17th, 2025 prior to said performance on OCTOBER 18th 2025 , Itll be ready to transport to the stage from my room by noon (12 pm), ready for soundcheck .

for JOE CASTILLO

* Fender Blues deluxe Amplifier  or Marshall velvestate 2000.  Guitar fende micr stratocaster.

Alto Saxophone, Jean Baptiste model jb483 and AI wireless mic.

Drums Backline w/ Saracho- DW Performance Series 5- Piece Drumset w/ hardware:

Hardware- DW 5000 Series Single Bass Pedal, Hi-hat stand, Motorcycle seat(shaped) drum throne, snare stand, stand mounts for toms, 4 cymbal stands 

Cymbals-  15” ZildjianK Fat Hi-hats, 17” Zildjian K Custom Crash, 18” Zildjian K Dark Thin Crash, 19” Zildjian K Paper Thin Crash, 22” Zildjian K Custom Dark Ride

The company or organization will additionally provide all cymbals two sets of Drumsticks, model (2B)

*(SIX) MICROPHONES WITH FIVE BOOM STANDS. (NOTE: DRUMMER WILL BE MIKED ACCORDINGLY WITH MORE MIKES)

 

ACCOMMODATIONS

* Five (5) Band members and one (1) Road Manager

*Meals: All meals provided for Five (5) Band members and one (1) Road Manager

*BEVERAGES: BAR TAB, (OPTIONAL) AND REFRESHMENTS

*Caps, T-Shorts, Leather Jackets for six (6)Band Members and one (1) Road Manager

 

CONCERT STAGING VIDEO

1. Lighting system (Optional)

 

Video system with two (2) ) Rear PROJECTION SCREENS and or TWO (2) Projection Screens 10' X 12" and or 20’ X 20’ (OPTIONAL)

 

One (1) Playback Video System, Hi8/HD (OPTIONAL) OTHERWISE “WE ALL NATIONS,” WILL PROVIDE SYSTEM (OPTIONAL). In addittion copy or copies AUDIO /VIDEO, of said performance will be provided at the end of the show's performance. Garrett Saracho will pay for any or all of the cards or tape shot during the performance.

1. ONE (1) SOUND BOARD AND MIXING ENGINEER

 

2. MICROPHONES: SIX (6) Microphones and boom stands and or Six (5) Wireless remote

 

HEAD SET MICROPHONES

3. COMPLETE SOUND SYSTEM WITH AT LEAST FOUR (4) MONITORS

 

4. ONE AUDIO CASSETTE AND ONE DVD/HD DISC FOR RECORDING PERFORMANCE.

 

* NOTE: “WE ALL NATIONS WILL PROVIDE NECESSARY CASSETTE AND DVD. Any OTHER EQUIPMENT WILL BE NEGOTIATED BETWEEN ARTIST AND SPONSOR(S)

 

BAND FEE: NEGOTIABLE

BAND WOULD APPRECIATE FIFTY PERCENT (50%) UP FRONT BEFORE THE SAID PERFORMANCE DATE AND THE BALANCE WHEN WE PERFORM BEFORE OR AFTER THE PERFORMANCE SCHEDULED.
